Production Assistant
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, energetic Production Assistant to support our production team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem‑solving on the fly, and wants hands-on experience in production.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager, Supervisors, and crew with day‑to‑day production tasks
Coordinate department production schedules.
Manage and improve production efficiency and productivity
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
Monitor shop floor data collection, inventory transactions, and work order review
Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager
