This role ensures regulatory work is properly tracked, documented, and completed on time while improving processes, tools, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Field Inspection Coordination (Primary)
- Coordinate end-to-end field inspection activities
- Gather required inputs, prepare documentation, and submit inspection requests
- Schedule and manage inspections across field technicians, program managers, and external partners (e.g. UL, CSA, local government inspectors)
- Track status and ensure timely completion
- Support creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and documentation
- Track regulatory tasks and inspection status across projects
- Develop and maintain dashboards and status reports
- Create SOPs and workflows
- Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint)
- Partner with engineering, field services, and external agencies
- Support prioritization and respond to escalations
- Communicate status, risks, and timelines clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–7 years in operations, coordination, or compliance roles
- Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Experience with SharePoint, Excel, or workflow tools preferred
