PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for assembling orders and preparing goods for shipment, maintaining stockroom and supplies, and tracking parts for jobs on the production floor. Additionally, this position is responsible for collaborating with the Inventory Control Team and assisting in performing cycle counts, location/ item/ shipment audits, and verifying physical inventory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receive incoming products and materials.
- Prepare and expedite shipments.
- Notify and/or deliver incoming products to end users.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Interpret packing slips and enter information into the computer system.
- Complete shipping and receiving reports.
- Perform daily inspection of MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
- Adhere to established Safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties that may be required by Supervisor and/ or Leads.
- Provide support to the various production departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing/ warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Must be licensed to operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) or can become licensed.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL:
Physical Demands:
Activities: Sitting – 25% Walking/Standing – 75%
Lifting: Continuously lift up to 50 lbs.
Bending: Must be able to bend, squat, and climb.
Vision: Long periods of close work on the computer screen and the ability to see small or detailed items.
Mental Demands: Interpret, analyze, research, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Environment: Climate-controlled office and Shop/warehouse, which is not climate-controlled. Exposure to excessive heat and cold, wet/humid conditions, noise/vibration, hazards, dust, and fumes.

- Schedule: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
