Role Summary

The Senior Control Systems Engineer / Team Lead will serve as a technical leader within IDM, responsible for delivering high-quality control system solutions across industrial projects. This role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership, focusing on PLC/DCS programming, SCADA development, and system integration. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Allen-Bradley platforms and modern SCADA systems such as Ignition and Wonderware, along with a passion for mentoring junior engineers and driving engineering excellence.
