YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Our Member Services and Lending Specialist works 40 hours, 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday.
You'll be a trusted advisor at our credit union, assisting members with a wide range of services and providing tailored guidance to help them meet their goals. Attentive to every detail, you'll review loan applications, assess the member's financial health, and determine what consolidation options would help bridge gaps between their goals and their current status. You'll communicate with members about their lending options and help them make informed decisions. With a pleasant attitude, you'll also assist members with services like opening accounts and processing banking transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 2 years of lending experience
- Experience working at a financial institution
- Positive attitude and a customer service mindset
- Analytical problem-solving skills
