WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a full-time Member Service Officer - Consumer Lender, you enjoy a Monday through Saturday schedule, working 40 hours/5 days per week.
Your day will include with assisting members with opening a variety of account types, loan applications and providing them with the guidance and expertise they need to make informed financial decisions. As a trusted advisor, you evaluate loan applications, providing tailored solutions to meet each member's unique needs. From discussing loan consolidation options to crafting solutions that bridge financial gaps, you play a crucial role in empowering members to achieve their financial goals. Being a Member Service Rep includes mastery of member-impacting teller operations, such as: account maintenance, processing banking transactions - such as deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks - while providing excellent customer service. Your dedication and commitment to excellence shine through as you provide exceptional service, building lasting relationships and contributing to the success of Industrial Credit Union!
