What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines position at Industrial Coverage?
· Develop a thorough understanding of products, coverage, insurance terminology, and agency management system.
· Develop a thorough understanding of products, coverage, insurance terminology, and agency management system. (Applied EPIC)
· Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes.
· Respond to clients' needs by producing binders, certificates, policies and other related items accurately and on time.
· Assist Account Managers with marketing and placement of accounts, and preparation of proposals.
· Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies, and brokers.
· Assist Account Manager in review of policies and offer suggestions on coverage gaps.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
TYPE & AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
· Minimum 3 years of business related experience
· 1 year or more experience in insurance
· Property and Casualty License required
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
· Ability to organize work and set priorities
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage relationships at all levels throughout the organization and with clients
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS:

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
