Industrial Containment Solutions is seeking a skilled Stick Welder to join our team in Columbiana, Ohio. The successful candidate will specialize in welding steel and wood matting and operate a 14k front loader. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities:

• Perform Stick welding on steel and wood matting projects.
• Safely operate a 14k front loader to support job site operations. (Training Available)
• Ensure high-quality welds and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of verified stick welding experience.
• Proficiency in operating a 14k front loader. (Training Provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work at our Columbiana, OH location.

Preferred Skills:

• Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus.
• Experience in industrial or containment solutions projects.
