Industrial Constructors/Managers, Inc. serves the manufacturing and process industries with safely executed industrial and commercial construction projects. Industries include mining and material processing, food and beverage, power generation, aerospace, pharmaceutical, transportation, engineering, and construction.
Summary: Fabricates, assembles, and welds structural metal products such as framework, beams, and columns. And metal parts for buildings. (Layout and fabrication of handrail and stairs.)
Must be able to certify on Flux core welding within 30 days of being hired.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Read and understand blueprints and sketches.
· Locate and mark bending and cutting lines onto work piece.
· Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as beamline, shears, plasma cutters, band saws
· Safely operate a Forklift.
· Hammer, chip, and grind work piece to cut, bend, and straighten metal.
· Position, align, fit, and weld parts together.
· Design and construct templates and fixtures.
· Produce quality welds.
· Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products.
· Operate or assist in operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment used in fabrication process (experience with CNC machinery strongly preferred).

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with CNC (computer Numerical Controlled) operating equipment—such as beamline, plasma cutters, press brakes, or similar automated fabrication tools—is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus. Candidates with prior experience setting up, programming, or maintaining such equipment are encouraged to apply.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office experience a plus.

Certificates and Licenses:
Welding Certificate or certifiable.
