Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tilt wall foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction project oversight, with expertise in project scheduling, management, and quality control. This role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, budgets, and timelines. The foreman will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of construction operations, supervising teams, and utilizing advanced construction management software to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management software
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, supervising teams to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Manage contracts, procurement, and budgeting processes related to construction projects
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progress
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders
- Ensure all work adheres to construction codes, safety standards, and client specifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on large-scale projects
- Supervising experience with a track record of managing teams effectively on-site
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites ( OSHA 30 certification preferred )
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Construction site experience is essential for understanding field operations and safety requirements
