This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marshfield, MA, for a Tower Technician at Industrial Communications & Electronics, Inc. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and servicing communication towers and their associated equipment. The Tower Technician ensures the safety, functionality, and reliability of all systems, following company safety standards and industry best practices. Additional tasks include climbing and working on tower structures, performing quality checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting in general site maintenance.
- Proficiency in installation and maintenance of wireless communication equipment, including antenna systems and radio equipment
- Experience in climbing and working on communication towers, with adherence to strict safety protocols
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for communication systems and electronics
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various outdoor conditions
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in high-performance environments
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive to various site locations
- Any certifications related to tower climbing, RF safety, or OSHA compliance are beneficial
