Role Description
This is a part time role in Harrisonburg, VA with opportunity for work remotely. The Executive Director oversees daily operations, develops and implements strategic initiatives, develops and manages budget, and lead a diverse team to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, overseeing stakeholder communications, and managing partnerships while adhering to regulatory compliance and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in motivating diverse teams and cultivating a collaborative environment
- Strategic planning and decision-making skills to define and achieve organizational goals
- Proficiency in budget management, financial oversight, and operational efficiency strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with sustainers and stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and implement effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
- Experience in Workplace Chaplaincy is a plus.
