Commercial Mechanical Service Account Manager -
ICM is currently looking for a Service account manager that has experience selling / servicing commercial HVAC systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Not afraid to walk up and talk with new clients / Cold Calling / Customer first priority
- Conduct cold & warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services
- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement

- 5 years experience in business development, account management, or sales in
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Technical sales knowledge is a must
