With six strategically located distribution offices across California and the Pacific Northwest, we are known for our reliability, customer commitment, and long-standing business relationships. We’re currently seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager in San Leandro, CA, to manage existing accounts and lead new business development in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding North Bay markets.
About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our company in the San Francisco Bay Area and the surrounding North Bay region—cultivating client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue. This is a hybrid role that blends account management with outside sales, ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, goal-driven environment. You'll work closely with the San Leandro Operations Manager and internal teams to ensure top-notch service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing business clients
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Foster strong communication with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
- Provide product recommendations and support tailored to customer needs
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with industry trends
- Collaborate with the San Leandro Team and contribute to team success
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or industrial distribution (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and apply it in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $85,000 annually
