Industrial Alloys, Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a motivated tradesperson with proven experience welding and fitting carbon steel and stainless steel, with occasional aluminum work. Candidates must be proficient in MIG and TIG welding and comfortable working from fabrication drawings in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Fit and weld carbon steel and stainless steel components to drawing specifications
- Perform precise MIG and TIG welds in a shop environment
- Handle occasional aluminum TIG welding
- Read and interpret shop drawings, welding symbols, and cut lists
- Lay out and fabricate assemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and layout equipment
- Operate fabrication tools safely and effectively, including but not limited to:
Saws, grinders, ironworkers, shop presses, drill presses, and measuring/layout tools
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and conformity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet quality and delivery goals
- 2 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding (carbon & stainless)
- Strong blueprint reading, layout, and measuring skills
- Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel
- Ability to lift and handle materials safely
- Familiarity with general fabrication shop safety standards and practices
- AWS certification or ability to pass a weld test
- Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
- Stick welding experience
- Starting at $24/hr
- 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
