What You'll Do
• Perform routine and advanced testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products
• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods
• Draft and review protocols, data summaries, and technical reports
• Support investigations into method performance and reliability
• Maintain lab equipment, logbooks, and follow SOPs with rigor
• Serve as a key communicator of analytical findings to cross-functional stakeholders — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for teams across the organization
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry or related field (required); advanced degree a plus
• 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or analytical manufacturing environment
• Hands-on proficiency with HPLC, UPLC, GC, and/or mass spectrometry
• Experience with NMR and other analytical instrumentation a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills — able to present complex analytical data clearly to both scientific and non-scientific audiences
• A collaborative team player who handles multiple priorities with ease
