- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and service areas through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Follow proper food handling protocols to ensure safe storage and movement of ingredients and prepared foods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes during service to maintain a clean dining environment
