IT Trainer

Job Title: IT Service Delivery Technician III – Trainer

Location: Denver, CO 80216

Duration: Until project completion (Estimated 1,040 hours)

Shift: General Shift

Pay Rate: $50–$55/hr (W2)

Position Summary:

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering software training programs, creating instructional materials, and supporting Operations Support Associates and Customer Service Representatives in Xylem’s WSS LIT division as they transition to a new ERP system. The Trainer will work closely with subject matter experts to determine course design, delivery methods, and training documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create training materials and resources to support user learning

• Update existing business process documentation to reflect changes for the new ERP system

• Conduct training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and online

• Provide ongoing user support, answer questions, and offer follow-up/refresher training

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

• Assess learner progress and understanding

• Provide ad-hoc training and support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training, or Education preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to provide effective feedback and assess learner progress

• Familiarity with various training delivery methods (webinars, one-on-one, classroom instruction)

• Ability to work independently in an unstructured, dynamic environment

• Agile mindset with willingness to adjust to changing project requirements

• Strong understanding of general business processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

• Experience with SAP Enable Now / WalkMe

• Knowledge of or experience within the water industry
