Reporting To: Director, Network & Infra Services
We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in systems implementation, optimization, automation, and security. This role supports enterprise infrastructure, drives reliability and performance, and provides technical leadership to the team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Implement and support identity access and infrastructure projects with a strong security mindset.
- Ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
- Test and analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain robust security controls, backup plans, and redundancy strategies.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Provide Level 2/3 escalation support for advanced technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve problems.
- Deploy and support domain trusts, integrations, agent deployments, and connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools.
- Create and maintain infrastructure diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Lead assigned technical projects and identify automation opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Required Skills
- Experience leading enterprise deployments with Microsoft technologies (Azure, O365, Active Directory, DNS, etc.).
- Expertise in designing and implementing Disaster Recovery solutions for multi-site or hybrid environments.
- Strong background in infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity design, and secure deployments.
- SME-level knowledge of Windows Server, including OS installation, domain configuration, GPO, AD schema, PKI, and certificate-based authentication.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.).
- Ability to manage and execute projects with moderate guidance.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- CompTIA A or other relevant IT certifications preferred.
