The Director of Manufacturing Operations reports directly to the Business and US regional leadership and has administrative, budgeting, and P&L responsibility for the company’s production-related activities and customer support.
Duties and Responsibilities :
The Director of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for all phases of the company’s production activities of existing ATM products and planned expansion of the product portfolio. He / she will coordinate with local and group international counterparts in marketing, engineering, program management, finance, and quality assurance to ensure that deliverable products : (a) meet or exceed company and customer requirements, (b) are producible and supportable on a competitive, sustainable and cost-effective basis, and (c) achieve the highest standards of quality, safety, reliability and performance. In this capacity, the Director of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for :
- Managing a team of supply chain management, planning, and production professionals to optimize production scheduling, execution, and profitability.
- Transform the existing manufacturing capabilities towards a lean manufacturing process model, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Expanding domestic and international supply chains, and effectively introducing new products from engineering or the parent company’s portfolio to the manufacturing process as part of the company’s on-going product and customer diversification efforts
- Overseeing technicians responsible for the assembly, integration and testing of complex, safety of life electronic components and products.
- Managing resources responsible for staging, packaging and shipping products domestically and internationally to satisfying program schedules with inflexible delivery date requirements
- Provide Customer Service support to the rest of the organization, customers and programs, according to the contractual and product warranty requirements, including :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, engineering management, or manufacturing required. Master’s Degree or equivalent experience desired. PMP certification desired.
