Responsibilities
- Support Sales & Use Tax reconciliations, payments, and monthly filings.
- Assist with Property Tax data gathering, payments, and compliance.
- Help prepare and submit Census and other regulatory filings.
- Perform basic accounting entries and account reconciliations.
- Organize and maintain tax and accounting documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Studying or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of accounting or tax experience.
- Knowledge of reconciliations and basic tax concepts.
- Excel Knowledge.
- Detail-oriented, results-oriented, autonomous, and self-organized.
Preferred
- Experience with ERP (Dynamics, SAP, and Avalara).
- Understanding of U.S. tax environment.
- Spanish speaking
