Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in business analysis, customer service, or related field.
- Proficiency with ServiceBench, Salesforce, SAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret customer data and identify trends.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in warranty administration or technical customer support.
- Familiarity with Carrier products, policies, and procedures.
- Advanced data analysis or reporting capabilities.
