Responsibilities
- Expedite, route, and dispatch materials and parts per production deadlines
- Review master production schedules to identify shortages and alert supervisors proactively
- Generate progress reports and maintain accurate records of completed orders
- Take corrective action to expedite materials, including arranging repairs or internal transport
- Communicate updates on completion dates, material changes, substitutions, and schedule modifications
- Foster teamwork and clear communication across departments
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years' forklift experience (certification and physical required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (minimum 1 year)
- Proven experience in a team-based work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Must wear safety shoes at all times
