Indotronix is seeking a Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hubs for our Direct client
Position Title: Project Manager
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, open to all tech hubs
Provide locations: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ
Acceptable time zone(s): Flexible
Days of the week: M-F
Working Hours: 8a-5p EST (Flexible)
OT: Not regularly, but possible
Travel: Not Likely
Duration: Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Initiative Planning & Business Case Development
• Create and refine business cases for new capital initiatives.
• Analyze technology requests, develop cost estimates, and assess financial impacts.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and capital planning guidelines.
2. Budget Planning & Execution
• Lead the annual budget planning process for technology initiatives.
• Track actuals vs. budget throughout the year, identifying variances and risks.
• Ensure project costs follow internal controls and financial guidelines.
3. Project & Portfolio Tracking
• Track initiative progress across the portfolio, including milestones, spend, and forecasts.
• Manage and update initiative packages, ensuring all components are complete for approval.
• Support technology managers by championing initiative progress through internal processes.
4. Agile Execution & Cross‑Team Coordination
• Operate in an Agile environment, shifting responsibilities based on project needs.
• Participate in and lead weekly meetings to coordinate stakeholders and ensure momentum.
• Facilitate communication between business, finance, tech leads, sourcing, and contracts.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Serve as liaison between technology teams and supporting functions (finance, sourcing, etc.).
• Communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership and project managers.
• Support documentation, reporting, and executive-ready updates as needed
