Key Responsibilities
Administer HR programs, systems, and processes
Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures
Manage and resolve employee cases related to attendance, corrective actions, and HR inquiries
Support case management activities with a focus on attendance tracking
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support program delivery and improvements
Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends and drive solutions
Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
Contribute to process improvements and enhance employee experience initiatives
Required Skills
1 years of experience in HR operations, policies, and program implementation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow
Experience with HR case management tools and processes
Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools
