We are seeking experienced Contract Conformance Specialists to provide senior‑level Supply Chain Management (SCM) contracts support for complex agreements. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient contracting outcomes while partnering closely with SCM, Legal, and business stakeholders.
High-Level Overview
You will be accountable for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms using established templates, policies, and approved positions. Your expertise will help align agreements with business objectives and risk tolerance, enabling timely procurement and sourcing activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex agreements (Service, Consulting, Engineering Service Agreements).
- Facilitate supplier negotiations within defined risk parameters; escalate high‑risk deviations as needed.
- Coordinate input from SCM, Legal, and business stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
- Review supplier redlines using approved standards, precedents, and risk guidance.
- Advise on contract type selection aligned with SCM policies and sourcing strategies.
- Support contract execution processes and maintain lifecycle documentation for compliance.
- Promote consistent application of approved contract language and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Contracts Policy and SCM Process Framework.

- Works independently on complex contractual matters using established guidelines.
- Exercises judgment within approved risk tolerances; escalates non‑standard terms.
- Decisions support business unit and project‑level procurement activities.
- No direct people leadership accountability.
Working Relationships
