Cyber Security Engineer Lead

Location: Kings Point, NY

Contract: 6 Months with Ext

Need local candidated who can work on W2


Required Skills:

• 12 years of progressive cybersecurity experience

• Strong background with NIST RMF, ATO, POA&Ms, C&A, and federal audits

• Expertise in incident response, vulnerability management, risk assessments, and policy development

• Experience in federal cybersecurity or government contracting

• Proven leadership and ability to communicate with technical and senior-level stakeholders


Preferred:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field

• ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or Azure Security certifications

• Experience with Zero Trust, cloud security, training programs, and higher-education environments
