IF 2nd shift, may be on 1st shift for a couple weeks to train before switching.Please make sure your candidates know this!) T What You Will Do:• Precision Assembly: Utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and allen wrenches for daily assembly tasks• Measurement & Inspection: Employ measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and standard rulers, to ensure products meet specifications.• Blueprints & Instructions: Follow blueprints and operation sheets for standard work instructions in assembling products.• Equipment Adjustment: Adjust equipment based on test results and a thorough understanding of processes and machinery.• Testing & Recording: Conduct tests for oxygen purity and moisture content at various stages of the process, recording gauge readings and test results.• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to PPE and cleanroom standards to prevent foreign objects and debris from contaminating products.• Quality & Safety Standards: Perform all tasks in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area.• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day.• Other Duties: Perform additional job duties as assigned: Education Qualification : Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
