Job Summary
- Seeking a Treasury Coordinator to support treasury operations by managing online banking user access, bank signing authorities, Positive Pay reviews, compliance documentation, and treasury recordkeeping.
- The role works closely with business units and banking partners to ensure secure banking operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user access and entitlements across global online banking systems.
- Update bank signing authorities and maintain treasury records.
- Review and resolve daily Positive Pay exceptions.
- Complete treasury compliance documentation, including FATCA forms.
- Support audits, merchant services, and ad hoc treasury analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome).
- Experience or knowledge of treasury, banking, audit, AP, AR, or payroll preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
