Acceptable Time Zone(S): Any time zone
Schedule: M-F 8-5 in their respective time zones

By centralizing and standardizing these services, we reduce operational and regulatory risk, eliminate duplicative LOB solutions, lower costs, and accelerate time to market. These capabilities enable teams across the bank to scale faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer and associate experiences.

Industry Background: Candidates with backgrounds in financial services, enterprise platforms, or regulated technology environments tend to be most successful in this role. Experience building shared, enterprise scale platforms, particularly in areas like communication services, payments, fraud, or customer engagement, is highly valuable.
Team Dynamic: This is a newly formed product organization within Enterprise Capabilities focused on building shared, reusable enterprise platforms. The team is small, cross functional, and growing, with close partnership across product, design, engineering, architecture, and risk. This role will be a foundational contributor, helping shape team norms, product practices, and execution while operating comfortably in a fast moving, build from the ground up environment.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Responsible from day one for understanding the platform vision, enterprise context, and priority use cases, and for translating that into a clear, well-structured backlog.
- They partner closely with Product Managers and Technology to define scope, decompose work, and support PI planning and sprint execution.
- As the work progresses, they continuously prioritize and refine the backlog, make day to day scope and trade-off decisions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards, reuse, and scalability goals.
Must Have Skills: Level 4 – 6-8 years
- Hands on experience using Jira for backlog management, including EPICs, features, user stories, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe), including PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
- Proven ability to translate business and platform needs into clear, actionable requirements in close partnership with engineering and architecture
- Experience working on enterprise platforms or shared capabilities, with an understanding of integrations, APIs, and cross team dependencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort making day to day prioritization and scope decisions
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and vision, thinking holistically across the ecosystem, prioritizing with discipline, clearly articulating business value, and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Flex Skills:
- Experience in a regulated or risk aware environment (financial services preferred)
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar tools for documentation and product artifacts
- Exposure to delivery metrics, dashboards, or outcome-based prioritization
- Experience helping establish or mature product practices in a new or growing organization
