Molding Engineer

• The Molding Projects Engineer is responsible for execution of site‑led molding resin change projects. This role owns project execution activities from handoff through validated implementation, partnering with cross‑functional site and platform teams to deliver resin changes in compliance with client quality, regulatory, and production requirements.
• The role is execution‑focused and provides hands‑on engineering and project coordination support to ensure safe, timely, and sustainable implementation without disruption to manufacturing supply.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, Chemical, or related field).
• Experience in manufacturing, molding, process engineering, or project engineering roles.
• Working knowledge of injection molding processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with validation principles and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Experience supporting material or resin changes in injection molding.
• Experience within medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
