Title: Deviation Investigator
Location: Greenville, NC
Duration: 12 Months
Pay: $40–$50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and investigate deviations from SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop/implement CAPAs.
- Maintain accurate deviation, investigation, and CAPA documentation following GDP.
- Prepare deviation/investigation reports and support audits and inspections.
- Analyze deviation trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide quality/compliance support.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated/cGMP environment such as pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Strong investigation, analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulatory requirements.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Medical, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
Preferred:
Biologics, aseptic processing/filling, isolators, Six Sigma, and electronic documentation systems experience.
