Driver in Training (DIT)

Indoor Billboard is a family owned, industrial laundry company focusing on custom mat rental service and distribution of restroom products. Indoor Billboard specializes in corporate logo and specialty mats that we rent to customers and pick up for cleaning on an exchange basis. Our service area extends along the I-5 corridor from Eugene, Oregon to Bellingham, Washington. We have an opening for a quality full time relief driver in our Puyallup, WA facility.

The Driver in Training (DIT) will be responsible for learning all products, policies, and procedures all the while riding with a Service Rep assisting with getting the route done. Work hours typically start between 5am - 8am and finish between noon and 4pm, Monday to Thursday. We do work 4-10's and you are guaranteed forty hours per week.

The DIT needs to be able to lift 30 lbs consistently throughout the day and have a standard valid driver's license. (CDL is NOT required) and a history of safe driving. You will be required to provide a 3 year WSDOT abstract of your driving record during your interview for review. Indoor Billboard is a drug free company and has a no tolerance policy to drug use. We require all candidates to pass a drug screen to start employment.

This position is considered "next in line" for any newly created routes or routes that become open.

The compensation package is competitive, commensurate with experience and includes a guaranteed minimum that grows with tenure as well as the possibility of commissions.
