Role Description
The Team Lead at INDOCHINO is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, leading and coaching team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing sales performance, supporting individual and team development, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. The Team Lead will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, providing styling expertise, and ensuring operational efficiency within the showroom.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including coaching and performance evaluation
- Sales and customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering personalized experiences
- Merchandising and showroom operation management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for fashion, tailoring, and product knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges proactively
- Prior experience in retail or service-related roles, especially in a management or supervisory capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an asset
