Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an In-House Tailor located in Boston, MA. The In-House Tailor will be responsible for performing alterations on custom garments to ensure a perfect fit for each client. They will engage directly with customers, provide fittings, make alterations, and ensure the highest quality and precision in all tailoring work. Additionally, they will collaborate with the showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and uphold Indochino’s standard of service.

Qualifications

• Professional tailoring skills, including expertise in garment alterations, measurements, and custom fitting processes
• Strong attention to detail, precision in alterations, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions, fittings, and team collaboration
• Experience working in a retail or showroom environment is preferred
• Ability to work on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and sewing techniques is an asset
• A passion for the fashion industry and delivering personalized experiences
