Position Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of material control in support of manufacturing operations at Indivior’s Raleigh Manufacturing Site. This includes receiving, handling, inventory control, and shipping of materials and products. The role ensures compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting production needs through timely and efficient warehouse operations.

Position Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of material control in support of manufacturing operations at Indivior’s Raleigh Manufacturing Site. This includes receiving, handling, inventory control, and shipping of materials and products. The role ensures compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting production needs through timely and efficient warehouse operations.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Daily Operations
- Perform physical receipt of incoming materials, including paperwork verification, damage inspection, and proper storage
- Ensure material readiness ahead of production campaigns
- Issue and receive product to and from the production floor, verifying what’s being issued or received matches documentation
- Store hazardous materials in adherence with environmental regulations
- Execute ERP transactions for receipt, issuance, transfer, return, destruction, and label generation
- Coordinate material sampling and release with the site quality teams
- Perform regular cycle counts as defined by procedures
- Ensure overall warehouse cleanliness through the disposal of trash, regular sweeping, and occasional mopping
- Coordinate with QC to ensure timely release of materials for production
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards (21 CFR Parts 210/211, FDA, OSHA)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance quality and efficiency
- Perform shipping functions for samples, semi-finished products, and temperature-sensitive materials
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping protocols
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Operate all warehouse equipment including stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, reach stacker, man-up lift, and scissor lift
- Perform routine equipment checklists to ensure safe operation
- Follow all established SOPs and documentation procedures
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High School Diploma required
- Forklift certification required (stand-up and sit-down preferred)
- Minimum three (3) years of forklift experience required
- Prior experience with SAP or other inventory control systems preferred
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Must be able to wear required PPE and work in warehouse and production environments
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled areas and handle temperature-sensitive materials
