What are the responsibilities and job description for the HHA Team Lead position at Individual Support Home Health Agency?
We are looking for a dependable, fun loving, trustworthy Home Health Aides to staff our clients.
- Requirements:
- Available and able to work 8 am to 4 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm & every other weekend
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be able to provide proof of vehicle insurance at time of hire
- Staff must be dependable and timely
- Hold a valid HHA/CNA license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies) and drug screen
Individual Support Home Health Agency is locally owned in Middletown, IN since 2006. We are a supportive, engaging, and rewarding company serving East Central Indiana. Our goal is to allow patients to be cared for at home or at the the home of a loved one. At Individual Support Home Health (ISHHA) we provide in-home community and residential services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the established care plan
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living in a home care setting
- Utilize premium skills such as assisted living experience and Alzheimer's care techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients
- Document and report patient information accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve meals for patients based on their dietary needs
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients
- Drive to and from patient homes as needed, holding a valid driver's license and insurance
- Support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in their daily routines
- Demonstrate sensitivity and compassion when working with all patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
