Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring that all aspects of construction are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful erection of metal buildings, concrete forming, and various remodeling initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing with precision and attention to detail
• Execute masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone for various structures
• Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, lifting, and material handling
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
• Manage on-site activities such as framing carpentry, metal stud framing, siding installation, roofing, and trim carpentry
• Conduct plastering, stucco application, and restoration work to meet project specifications
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for diverse construction tasks
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while performing heavy lifting or working at heights
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate remodeling efforts and site logistics

Skills

• Extensive experience in metal building erection and concrete forming techniques
• Strong background in construction management principles and site supervision
• Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, siding, and stucco application
• Skilled in welding and woodworking for custom carpentry projects
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including forklifts, cranes, or excavators
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools essential for framing, drywalling, plastering, and trim work
• Experience with restoration projects and remodeling processes
• Competence in working with various materials such as wood, metal studs, siding materials, or plaster products
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality standards
