Data Base Eng (Python )

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Analytics Engineer
  

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  

• Prior experience in a FinTech organization in a data-focused role is a strong plus
  

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python for Data Science and Analysis, including:
  

  • pandas, numpy, requests, and related libraries
    

• 5 years of experience writing advanced SQL, including:
  

  • CTEs
    

  • Window functions
    

• Working knowledge of data platforms and databases, including:
  

  • Snowflake
    

  • PostgreSQL (AWS RDS preferred)
    

• Ability to write production-quality code in Python and SQL
  

• Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (preferably Azure or AWS)
  

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Data Quality frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, Pytest)
  

• Exposure to Data Observability tools
  

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo
  

• Familiarity with data quality and governance practices
