JOB SUMMARY: The Cleaner/Groundskeeper is responsible for plant housekeeping and grounds keeping.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
• Clean and stock restrooms and cafeterias
• Clean floors, walls and windows throughout the facility
• Empty all trash, cardboard and recyclables
• Perform general groundskeeping such as grass cutting and snow removal
• Change light bulbs and batteries
• Assist with interoffice deliveries and mail as needed
• Clean equipment and work areas as required
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and cafeteria supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Clean assigned areas as required by training
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid New York state driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (car or truck) for local travel between facilities
• General housekeeping knowledge
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
SHIFT/SITE:
Monday-Friday/ 1st shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm / 34 Robinson Rd, Clinton, NY

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.
The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
$16.50 per hour - $20.00 per hour
($34,320 - $41,500 annually)
