Lead Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will harness data to generate actionable insights, inform strategic decision-making, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data tracking and collection strategies to enhance data availability and quality.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity.
• Construct interactive dashboards and other data tools to effectively communicate data insights and empower the business to make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, interpret patterns, and recommend operational improvements.
• Conduct and analyze A/B testing, statistical modeling, and other test methodologies to optimize our eCommerce strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and operations to understand their data needs and prioritize solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Technical expertise in data modeling and data mining.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Tableau, Looker, etc.) and databases (SQL, etc.). Experience using statistical tools (Python, R, etc.) a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• A quantitative degree strongly preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
