We are currently looking to bring on a small number of highly motivated individuals who are serious about building a real estate career the right way—with structure, mentorship, and real opportunity from day one.
This is not a “sit back and wait” position. It is for individuals who are willing to put in the work early, learn quickly, and build a business with guidance and support.
You will be working directly with Bryan Crabtree, a Charleston-based broker with over 27 years of experience, 5,500 homes sold, and more than $1B in career sales volume. This is an opportunity to learn from a high-producing agent with a proven track record—not just a classroom or generic brokerage training system.
Bryan is affiliated with Indigo Oak | Christie’s International Real Estate, offering the rare opportunity for a new agent to start their career aligned with a globally recognized luxury brand while also receiving hands-on mentorship in a smaller, focused team environment.
- Making daily outbound calls to contacts and leads provided
- Following up with inbound inquiries and nurturing relationships
- Learning how to convert conversations into appointments and clients
- Assisting with showings, listings, and transactions as you progress
- Building your own pipeline with guidance and structure
This role requires someone who is comfortable:
- Picking up the phone
- Introducing themselves to new people
- Handling rejection and continuing forward
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are considering getting their real estate license or are newly licensed
- Have a background in sales, customer service, or a professional field
- Are coachable, disciplined, and willing to follow a system
- Are comfortable making multiple calls per day
- Want mentorship and accountability—not just a desk and a login
- Structured onboarding and training
- Ongoing sales training and real-world scripting
