Responsibilities include developing and integrating propulsion and control strategies, calibrations, and diagnostics in coordination with vehicle, software, and chassis teams to balance efficiency, drivability, and safety. The work combines laboratory and on-vehicle testing, hands-on problem solving, and rigorous documentation to enable repeatability and cross-team collaboration.

KEY Responsibilities:
- Contribute to propulsion control projects
- Analyze test data and iterate parameters to meet performance and safety objectives.
- Document interfaces and changes; support prototype/pilot bring-up and issue triage.
- BS/MS in Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5 years of experience with control systems and embedded software in an electromechanical product.
- Comfort with lab work, data analysis, and iterative tuning on hardware.
- Familiarity with vehicle networks and system integration is helpful.
