Position Summary
The Account Manager, also serving as a Marketer/Field Liaison, plays a key role in promoting the company’s home care services. This individual is responsible for field marketing, facility marketing, targeted direct sales, and acting as a liaison between Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) organizations and internal teams. The Account Manager ensures a smooth client enrollment process while providing superior customer service and contributing to business development initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Marketing and Sales
•Engage in marketing activities such as direct sales promotions, merchandising, auditing, and experiential marketing
.•Organize and participate in tradeshows, events, and other promotional activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
•Present the company's services to potential clients and stakeholders, and offer tailored solutions based on their needs
.•Act as a liaison between MLTC providers and the company's internal teams to facilitate the client enrollment process.
•Ensure potential clients are provided with clear, accurate information about the enrollment process and available services.
Client Relations and Customer Service
•Engage in superior customer service by maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
•Provide clients with timely updates on their enrollment status and respond promptly toinquiries.
•Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention through ongoingsupport.
•Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and MLTC providers.
Sales Strategy and Execution
•Identify target markets and execute sales strategies to increase client enrollment and marketpenetration.
•Work persistently and remain focused in challenging market conditions.
•Demonstrate the company’s products and services to prospective clients, aligning with theirneeds and expectations.
•Meet sales deadlines and quotas, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Communication and Team Collaboration
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client onboarding.
•Share product knowledge and sales resources with other team members.
•Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
•Experience:
Previous experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care sector.
Familiarity with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) organizations preferred.
•Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.oExcellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
