Student Career Placement Coordinator

Indigo Institute is a rapidly expanding dental assisting education company looking for a confident, organized, and results-driven individual to help our graduates launch successful careers.

You'll take ownership of delivering on the Indigo Promise: a guaranteed job within six months of graduation, using our custom-built placement platform, AI-powered tools, and relationships with dental offices nationwide.

• Career Preparation: Help students finalize resumes, prepare for interviews, and become strong job candidates.
• Job Placement: Proactively contact dental offices, identify openings, and connect graduates with employment opportunities.
• Externships: Coordinate externships when students need additional experience or a pathway to employment.
• Technology & AI: Leverage our new placement platform and AI tools to track students, automate outreach, and improve placement efficiency.
• Accountability: Track placement rates, follow up with graduates, and provide weekly progress reports directly to Indigo's executive leadership team, including the CEO.

• A confident, outgoing self-starter who takes ownership and gets results.
• Exceptionally organized, persistent, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing employer relationships.
• AI-forward and enthusiastic about using technology to work smarter.
• Recruiting, staffing, career services, or dental experience is a plus.

Compensation: $28–$34 per hour
