What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Estimator position at Indicom Buildings Inc?
Company Description
Indicom Buildings, Inc. is one of several companies owned by Sunbelt Modular, the largest modular wholesale manufacturing company in the southern United States. We are searching for Sales Estimators to join our rapidly growing team in Burleson, TX. These positions will be fully in-person (not remote).
Role Description
-Ability to adequately understand the requirements of the project at hand
-Prepare detailed quotes to customers.
-Enhance relationships with customers.
-Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for commercial modular buildings.
-Work with Factory Engineers to properly quote buildings to meet code requirements.
-Provide support to clients
-Provide accurate estimates of projects for all customers
-Follow up on all projects
-Provide submittals for projects when necessary
-Price out all change orders and red-line changes
-Provide accurate sales release packages for Engineering.
A successful candidate will:
-Have basic knowledge of construction and buildings codes (modular construction is a plus)
-Have strong attention to details
-Be well organized and reliable
-Have willingness to learn
