Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions to ensure smooth entry and movement throughout the course
- Manage guest flow by controlling access points
- Enforce safety rules and regulations
- Address guest inquiries promptly with friendly, helpful communication, ensuring a positive experience
- Support conflict management by calmly resolving disputes or concerns that may arise among guests or staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Public speaking skills to effectively communicate instructions or safety information to large groups
- Must be energetic, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
