Responsibilities
- Systems & Workflow Architecture: Audit and optimize HRIS workflows to ensure seamless data flow from recruitment to payroll. Lead the "System Workflows & Updates" cycle, ensuring software is patched, tested, and meeting department needs.
- Compensation & Grant Administration: Oversee the execution of annual Compensation Increases and salary scale adjustments. Manage the data tracking and reporting for the TAG (Teacher Advancement Group) Grant, ensuring all eligible staff are correctly identified and compensated.
- Compliance & Personnel Actions: Direct oversight of the RFE (Request for Extra) & DSA (Departmental Staffing Action) processes to ensure all supplemental pay and position changes are documented and approved.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor 2 Employee Data Specialists, setting high standards for data entry speed and accuracy. Serve as the final point of escalation for complex data discrepancies or system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in public administration, education, human resources management, business, management science, organizational behavior, or closely related field or minimum of five years related experience.
- A minimum of five years of human resources management experience or related field.
- PHR, SPHR or equivalent credentialing preferred but not required.

- Experience in HRIS management and data analysis.
- Knowledge of compensation structures and grant administration.
