The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for creating excellent customer service experiences and implementing retail sales campaigns while representing one of the biggest telecommunications companies in the nation, AT&T.
Main responsibilities of the Sales Support Associate:
- Engage with customers positively and professionally in a retail setting, ensuring the creation of long-lasting relationships based on trust and customer service, for the benefit of our clients.
- Inform our customers of AT&T’s pricing options and suggest suitable choices to finalize sales, achieving weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Ensure all sales transactions are done in compliance with AT&T’s policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Introduce any relevant products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer service experience and maximizing revenue.
- Participate in Sales Support Associate training, industry events, and networking opportunities to refine skills and stay on top of market trends.
- Coordinate strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction with other Sales Support Associates and senior management.
Skills and qualifications needed for the Sales Support Associate:
- 0-2 years of previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service, retail sales, and account management.
- A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Sales Support Associates, ensuring clear, concise, and respectful interactions.
- A strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally, continuously expanding your customer service knowledge and effectively applying it to drive success.
- A natural ability to lead with patience, empathy, and positivity.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to Sales Support Associate challenges, and with problem-solving skills.
