We are a sales and business consulting firm seeking an Entry Level Retail Representative in Indianapolis. The Entry Level Retail Representative is responsible for the logistical success of AT&T and for delivering concise product information to customers. Your objective is to guide customers through device selection based on features, value, and network reliability.
As an Entry Level Retail Representative, you own the energy and execution of product-focused activations. The Entry Level Retail Representative highlights flagship cell phones and wearables, guides customers through hands-on experiences, and tracks event performance metrics that directly support AT&T's wireless sales goals.
Entry Level Retail Representative Responsibilities:
- Support AT&T operations by assisting with smartphone activations, device upgrades, and account modifications while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to event coordination by learning scheduling, booth setup, and productivity tracking under the senior manager's guidance.
- Reinforce team performance by participating in structured briefings, practicing coaching techniques, and supporting AT&T's wireless sales objectives during events.
- Assist in onboarding new associates by training them on AT&T compliance standards, device return policies, and customer data security protocols.
- Resolve escalated customer challenges by triaging service concerns or technical device issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Review event data and collaborate with leadership to align execution with AT&T product launches, retail campaigns, and consulting strategies.
Entry Level Retail Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach, motivate, and influence team performance in AT&T retail wireless campaigns.
- Experience in customer support, retail, or event‑based sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscription‑driven service industries.
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive mindset with resilience to excel in fast‑paced retail event environments.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and digital systems to manage AT&T accounts, track metrics, and ensure compliance with company standards.
